52 Weeks of Wellbeing
A Fireside Chat with
Ryan Hopkins

22nd September, 2026 | Andrea Bar, Adam's Court | 12.30pm to 3pm

About
The Event

Most of the wellbeing industry has never asked whether any of it actually works. Ryan Hopkins built a career asking exactly that question, and he's spending an afternoon with N0BS answering it properly.

I'll be sitting down with Ryan for a fireside chat covering the messy relationship between health, work and performance, followed by an interactive session designed to get the room thinking about their own habits, not just his. Every ticket includes a signed copy of his bestselling book, 52 Weeks of Wellbeing.

Pizza and drinks (inc wine and beer) will be included. Tickets are £49.

About
Ryan Hopkins

Ryan Hopkins is the award-winning founder of Healthi, the bestselling author of 52 Weeks of Wellbeing, published in seven languages, and a two-time TEDx speaker. Before advising executives, he dispensed prescriptions, sold mortgages, worked as an apprentice electrician and ran nightclub doors, so he understands work from the frontline to the boardroom.

At Deloitte, he built and led the Global Future of Wellbeing consulting business, work that positively impacted around 500,000 people. At Bupa, he combined health claims, clinical pathways and workforce data across a customer base of 40 million globally. He's delivered over 200 keynotes to more than 110,000 people, for organisations including Google, Amazon, BP, the NHS, Goldman Sachs and Chanel, and his work has reached an estimated 25 million people. He won the UK's Breaking the Silence Award for it.
