Are you an outgoing and bubbly person who just loves to talk to people all day long? If so, then this job is for you.

We are looking for someone to look after all our members. That means, you will be their point of call when they need something and will be the cheerleader in the group chat.

As we grow, this role will be combined with the events manager role, which you will do alongside the founder.

Therefore, while most parts of this job can be done remotely, you’d need to be on-site at the in-person events and so would need to be easily commutable from London and be prepared to travel in and work evening events.

Responsibilities

– Managing the events calendar

– Liaising with venues, suppliers, speakers etc., to ensure events run smoothly

– Working alongside marketing team to get events sold out

– Ensuring members are looked after

– Helping to connect like-minded members

– Keeping the chat channels active and encouraging members to participate
