The Decision Room is a small, invitation-led session where founders each bring one genuine business challenge. Whether it’s hiring, fundraising, pricing, partnerships, growth, leadership or simply deciding what to do next, the room works together to help each founder leave with greater clarity, and the confidence they’re making the right decision for them and their business.
About The Format
Each founder who wants to, has dedicated time in the room to present one challenge they’re currently facing.
The group then works together to ask questions, challenge assumptions and share their own experiences, creating perspectives that simply aren’t possible when making decisions alone.
Everything discussed remains confidential and everyone contributes in their own way. The whole room benefits from the discussion and everyone leaves with fresh ideas.
