What can I expect from the movement programme?

Scott will be leading a variety of group exercise and mobility sessions as well as tailored one-on-one time dedicated to full-body assessment and PT.

It’s important to know that Scott’s work can be adapted to any level of fitness. You don’t need to have trained before to benefit from his programme; but equally, if you’re someone who takes training seriously, you’ll be joining some of the world’s top athletes on his client roster.

Charlotte’s sessions also involve a level of movement (yoga and acro-yoga). Again, this is suitable for all fitness levels and preferences.
