We have a Michelin-trained private chef who is cooking all our meals, tailored to your dietary requirements.

There’s acres of grounds, cinema room, sauna, ice baths, a ping pong table, fire pits, a BBQ and even our own private farm. All set within the High Weald area of outstanding natural beauty.

Sabrina is the founder of N0BS and the owner of award-winning creative agency – The No Bullsh*t Agency. She is also an International Chess Master and poker player, a best-selling author, runs TEDx Shoreditch, is the self-development leader for Forbes, and is a highly sought-after public speaker. Sabrina will be running a range of groundbreaking strategy and content sessions on retreat.

Natalie is the founder of Elevate. She is an exited FinTech business owner, a venture scout and a neuro-linguistic programming coach (as well as a proud N0B). Natalie will be leading sessions on values, limiting beliefs and goal-setting – because your business thrives when you unlock your true personal potential.

International yoga teacher, teacher trainer, retreat facilitator, breath work and meditation coach. With over 15 years in the wellness industry, Charlotte started her journey as a personal trainer specialising in functional movement before gravitating toward the stabilising energy of yoga. Her holistic approach to yoga is to help people live an amplified existence by integrating ancient practices into the modern matrix. Millimetre adjustments to create macro shifts in the lives of busy individuals.

Scott is the Head of Movement for Chelsea FC Women’s Team and formerly the most senior PT at Virgin Active. Scott takes a true functional movement approach to fitness, and every retreat guest will get some coveted one-on-one time with him to understand their own body’s imbalances and tailor a bespoke programme to their needs.

Summer Zemel is a two-time Emmy Award-winning TV Producer with a deep-rooted history with poker. Now a Brighton girl, but from Las Vegas, some would say it’s in her blood. With years of experience both behind the scenes in the entertainment industry and around the poker table, she has cultivated a unique blend of creative and analytical skills. Her return from sports TV back to poker is driven by a love for the game, strategic thinking, and a relentless fascination for the people “on the felt”. Whether it’s creating compelling content, mastering the intricacies of a poker hand, or making a lucrative career from poker winnings, she brings the same level of dedication and passion to every project she’s a part of.

Our Schedule

As well as delivering a truly holistic wellbeing and coaching programme, we are tailoring the retreat’s business-focused sessions around those who are coming – to specifically solve a problem that you have. So, our week will be moulded around our guests and guarantees to send you home with radical new insights and takeaways to elevate every aspect of your professional life.

You can opt in and out of sessions and there will always be alternatives to what you want to do. We’ve also built in plenty of free time for you to spend in whatever way restores you most – journaling, socialising with other guests, or just relaxing on the day beds. We want you to have the best week for YOU.

All meals, drinks and snacks are provided for you during the week. We have a world-class chef on-site preparing a feast of delicious whole food-based meals that focus on macro-nutrient composition for optimum health and productivity whilst also delivering a massive flavour punch. We can cater for most dietary requirements – just let us know when you book.

What Can I Expect?

Scott will be leading a variety of group exercise and mobility sessions as well as tailored one-on-one time dedicated to full-body assessment and PT.

It’s important to know that Scott’s work can be adapted to any level of fitness. You don’t need to have trained before to benefit from his programme; but equally, if you’re someone who takes training seriously, you’ll be joining some of the world’s top athletes on his client roster.

Charlotte’s sessions also involve a level of movement (yoga and acro-yoga). Again, this is suitable for all fitness levels and preferences.

Our rooms are designed for single occupancy, but if you want to share, you can. And we can offer a discount for couples or those willing to share a bed. Reach out to us to discuss.

We want to keep the experience intimate and exclusive, so we will have a maximum of 15 guests on this retreat.

Our standard menu is designed to be varied and nourishing, with a focus on whole foods, and always includes the option of animal products and proteins.

We can usually cater for dietary requirements, but please let us know if you have any food allergies before you come.

We don’t cater for serious food allergies that require medical supervision, or medical conditions that require a specialised diet and cannot guarantee that food will be prepared free from specific allergens.

We don’t restrict you from going out in the evening, but our retreat location is fairly remote and you would need to return to site by 10pm to gain access.

We can recommend a number of excellent local pubs and restaurants for you to visit around your retreat.

Yes, there is phone reception and Wi-Fi and Fair Oak Farm.

We can’t promise that the connection will be available at all times or that it can support any particular usage on your devices.

No, sadly we cannot allow any pets on-site.

Yes, we have plenty of parking space on-site.

To help the environment, if you can ride-share or you would be open to ride-sharing with other guests, please contact us and we can help you organise this.

Stonegate station is only 2 miles and Wadhurst station is 6 mils, with journey times from only 1 hour from London Bridge, Charing Cross, Waterloo East or Cannon Street.

Absolutely, our practitioners all work with pregnancy and new mums.
Just make sure you’re cleared by your doctor to participate in our programme first.

If you have a history of mental illness and are on medication for depression or other conditions, we recommend that you talk to your doctor to see if our programme would be suitable for you.

We are not mental health professionals and are not qualified to support guests with mental illness issues, including feeling suicidal or recently coming off strong anti-depressants or other prescription medication.

Yes, you will need to disclose all medication that you are taking.
If you are on strong medication you MUST have a doctor’s note to say that you are able to participate in Elevate. programme and have clear advice from your doctor before you attend if you are worried or sick.

Since this retreat is going to be tailored to the needs of the guests, we want to be quite selective of who comes along.

We want to ensure people get along, have similar values and goals so they can get the absolute most out of the week.

That’s why, we’re not allowing instant bookings, but instead, we’d love for you to let us know that you’re interested in coming and we can book in a call with you to ensure that this retreat is definitely right for you.
