N0BS Friends and N0BS Out of Towner: cancel up to 72 hours before an event for a full refund; inside 72 hours, non-refundable. N0BS Inner Circle: no charge for late cancellation, but a private message follows the 2nd in a rolling 6 months, and a 3rd means a smaller pool of limited-capacity events for a quarter.

Membership runs annually and renews automatically at your rate each year. New members get a 14-day cooling-off period for a full refund if benefits haven’t been used yet. After that, the current term is non-refundable, and cancelling to stop the next renewal needs 30 days’ notice before the renewal date.

We won’t take on more members past capacity. If we expand the team, we open up more places.

For events flagged as open to non-members, yes, by ticket. Submit your email on the event page to get the exact date, time and venue and to apply for a ticket. Your order is held as pending while we review it; if approved, you’re charged and sent full details; if not, you’re never charged.

We publish what an event is and why it matters openly, since that’s what actually helps people decide if it’s for them. Exact logistics are only shared once you’ve registered your interest, which keeps events from being gatecrashed and means we always know who’s actually attending.
