Decision Room
The Room Where Founders Stop
Deciding Alone

Nobody Tells You How Lonely
The Big Decisions Are

You can ask a hundred people for advice on your business. Most of them will tell you what they'd do, not what's actually right for you. Some won't understand the problem at all. And the people close enough to give a real answer are usually too close to be objective.

The Decision Room exists because the biggest calls in your business, the ones that actually change the trajectory, deserve better than a decision made on your own at 11pm.

What Actually Happens
In The Room

This isn't a networking event with a whiteboard. It's a small, invite-only room of founders who've built real things, brought together to solve real problems in real time.

Each founder who wants to takes the hot seat and presents one live decision they're facing. Hiring, pricing, a partnership gone wrong, whether to walk away from something, whatever's actually keeping them up.

The room asks the questions you haven't asked yourself, challenges the assumptions you didn't know you'd made, and hands over experience you don't have because you haven't lived it yet.

Everything stays in the room. Nobody performs. Everyone leaves having contributed and having taken something away.

Request Your
Invite

This is invite-only, and it stays small on purpose. Not because we're precious about it, but because the value of the room depends on who's in it, and everyone needs the space to actually contribute, not just watch.

If you can see the value in a room like this, request an invite below. If you're a member, this is already yours: just let us know you're in.
