N0BS Friends: cancel up to 72 hours before an event for a full refund; inside 72 hours, non-refundable. N0BS Inner Circle: no charge for late cancellation, but a private warning follows the 2nd in a rolling 6 months, and a 3rd means losing the ability to RSVP to limited-capacity events for a quarter.
